Product Introduction Key Advantages Application Industries Technical Specifications Working Principle Packaging & Storage Why Choose GZXZEP Chemicals?

GZXZEP Slag-Washing Water Defoamer is a modified polyether-ester liquid defoamer developed for dynamic circulating-water and high-solids washing systems. Its nonionic formulation disperses rapidly through the process water, ruptures foam films and helps prevent repeated foam formation under intensive circulation.
It is widely used in slag-washing water, steel and mineral-processing circulation systems, industrial wastewater tanks, ore-washing operations and other high-solids aqueous processes.

• Rapid dispersion in circulating water. • Strong foam knockdown and residual suppression. • Effective in aqueous systems up to 50 °C according to supplier data. • Nonionic formulation for broad process compatibility.
• Slag-washing circulating water. • Steel and mineral-processing water systems. • Industrial wastewater circulation tanks. • High-solids washing processes.
• Model: XZ8606. • Appearance: Colorless to pale-yellow liquid. • Specific gravity: 0.98–1.02. • pH: 5–7. • Ionic type: Nonionic. • Recommended operating temperature: Up to 50 °C.
1. The product disperses through the circulating water. 2. Defoamer droplets disrupt the liquid film around bubbles. 3. Residual activity limits foam re-formation during circulation.
• Packaging: 25 kg drum or 1,000 kg IBC. • Storage: Store sealed in a cool, dry and shaded place. Protect from freezing and direct sunlight. • Keep the container tightly closed after use.
• Customized formulation — The formulation and dose are selected according to solids, surfactants, temperature and circulation intensity. This normally provides better treatment performance and overall cost efficiency than a one-formulation-for-all product. • In-house manufacturing — Competitive factory pricing, stable batch quality and fast lead times. • In-house laboratory — Rapid sample testing, formulation screening and continuous product improvement. • Engineering support — Professional engineers provide product selection, dosing, commissioning and after-sales troubleshooting support.
