GZXZEP — Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What products does GZXZEP supply?

GZXZEP supplies water and odor treatment products for municipal and industrial applications. Our main product categories include plant-based odor control products, wastewater treatment chemicals, microbial treatment products, external carbon sources for denitrification, and RO membrane treatment chemicals.

Our products are used for odor neutralization, emulsion breaking, oil–water separation, foam control, wastewater decolorization, biological treatment enhancement, nitrogen removal and membrane system protection.

Product selection depends on the industry, wastewater or odor source, treatment process, operating conditions and required treatment result.

Please provide available information such as water quality data, process flow, treatment capacity, current chemical program and the problem you need to solve. Our technical team will review the information and recommend an appropriate product model and application method.

For complex wastewater, laboratory evaluation or jar testing may be recommended before full-scale use.

Yes. Different wastewater streams may respond differently to the same treatment chemical. Where a standard product cannot achieve the required result, our team can evaluate the customer’s water sample, operating conditions and treatment objectives to develop or adjust a product formulation.

Customized recommendations are subject to laboratory testing and technical evaluation.

Yes. Samples are provided free of charge for laboratory evaluation or application trials, subject to product type, destination, sample availability and technical review.

When requesting a sample, please provide your company information, application industry, treatment problem and available operating or water quality data. The samples themselves are free of charge; however, the courier (shipping) charges are to be borne by the customer. Sample quantity and shipping arrangements will be confirmed before dispatch.

Dosage depends on wastewater composition, pollutant concentration, pH, temperature, treatment process and the required discharge or reuse standard. A dosage used at one facility may not produce the same result at another facility.

We normally recommend conducting a laboratory jar test or small-scale trial first. The dosage can then be optimized according to treatment performance, sludge generation and total operating cost.

Water sample evaluation may be available for applications such as emulsion breaking, coagulation, decolorization, foam control and biological treatment optimization.

Before sending a sample, please contact our technical team to confirm the required sample quantity, packaging method, shipping conditions and testing objectives. The available test items and final test scope will be confirmed separately.

GZXZEP provides technical support before and after purchase, including:

  • Product selection
  • Laboratory and jar-test recommendations
  • Dosage optimization
  • Application method guidance
  • Treatment process evaluation
  • Product compatibility assessment
  • Troubleshooting during product trials
  • SDS and TDS support

Technical recommendations are based on the information and samples provided by the customer. Final operating conditions should be verified through on-site trials.

Yes. Product-related documents may include:

  • Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
  • Technical Data Sheet (TDS)
  • Certificate of Analysis (COA)
  • Product brochure
  • Application instructions
  • Packaging and storage information

SDS and TDS documents should correspond to the confirmed product model. A COA is normally issued for a specific production batch and should not be replaced by a generic document.

Standard packaging depends on the physical form and characteristics of the product.

Liquid products are generally supplied in 25 kg drums or IBC containers.

Solid products are generally supplied in 25 kg bags.

Alternative packaging may be available depending on product type, order quantity and transportation requirements. Final packaging specifications will be confirmed in the quotation or order documents.

Minimum order quantity and production lead time vary by product, packaging type, customization requirements, order quantity and destination. Delivery is generally completed within half a month (approximately 15 days) after payment is received.

Please provide the required product, quantity, packaging and destination port when requesting a quotation. Our sales team will confirm the applicable MOQ, production schedule and estimated shipping arrangements.

Storage requirements vary by product. In general, products should be kept in their original sealed packaging in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, moisture, heat and incompatible materials.

Always follow the storage instructions in the relevant SDS and TDS. For microbial products and temperature-sensitive formulations, additional storage requirements may apply.

To help us prepare an accurate recommendation and quotation, please provide as much of the following information as possible:

  • Application industry
  • Treatment problem
  • Available water quality or odor information
  • Current treatment process
  • Estimated purchase quantity
  • Required packaging
  • Destination country and port
  • Required delivery schedule
  • Documents required, such as SDS, TDS or COA
