Product Introduction Key Advantages Application Industries Technical Specifications Working Principle Packaging & Storage Why Choose GZXZEP Chemicals?

GZXZEP MVR Evaporator Defoamer is a polyether-based liquid defoamer developed for MVR evaporators and high-temperature wastewater concentration systems. Its formulation destabilizes foam at the gas-liquid interface, helping control foaming, reduce liquid carryover and support stable evaporator and separator operation.
It is widely used in MVR evaporation, landfill-leachate concentrate treatment, high-salinity wastewater evaporation and other industrial evaporative-concentration processes.

• Developed for high-temperature, high-circulation service. • Rapid dispersion in aqueous concentrates. • Suitable for continuous or intermittent metered dosing. • Helps reduce foam carryover into the separator and condensate system.
• MVR evaporators. • Landfill-leachate concentrate evaporation. • High-salinity wastewater evaporation. • Industrial evaporative-concentration systems.
• Model: XZ-0188. • Appearance: Milky-white liquid with slight mild odor. • pH: 5–7. • Composition: Polyether 20%–30%; deionized water 70%–80%. • Dosing: Meter continuously or intermittently according to foam loading.
1. The defoamer enters the evaporator circulation stream. 2. It destabilizes foam at the gas-liquid interface. 3. Controlled dosing limits foam carryover while minimizing chemical consumption.
• Packaging: 25 kg drum or 1,000 kg IBC. • Storage: Store in a cool, dry, shaded and well-ventilated place, away from heat and oxidizing materials. • Keep the container tightly closed after use.
• Customized formulation — The dose and injection point are selected according to temperature, concentration, circulation rate and condensate-quality requirements. This normally provides better treatment performance and overall cost efficiency than a one-formulation-for-all product. • In-house manufacturing — Competitive factory pricing, stable batch quality and fast lead times. • In-house laboratory — Rapid sample testing, formulation screening and continuous product improvement. • Engineering support — Professional engineers provide product selection, dosing, commissioning and after-sales troubleshooting support.
