Product Introduction Key Advantages Application Industries Technical Specifications Working Principle Packaging & Storage Why Choose GZXZEP Chemicals?

GZXZEP Landfill Leachate Defoamer is a nonionic liquid defoamer developed for high-COD, high-ammonia and surfactant-rich landfill leachate treatment. Its rapidly dispersing formulation breaks persistent foam and helps maintain stable operation in equalization, nitrification, denitrification and aeration processes.
It is widely used in landfill leachate equalization tanks, biological treatment systems, sludge-handling areas, circulation loops, and pretreatment stages upstream of MBR, NF or RO systems after compatibility testing.

• Designed for high-COD and high-ammonia leachate. • Fast dispersion and direct dosing. • Low required dose after optimization. • Can be evaluated for use before MBR/NF/RO stages.
• Landfill leachate equalization tanks. • Nitrification and denitrification tanks. • Aeration and sludge-handling areas. • Leachate systems upstream of membrane treatment after compatibility testing.
• Model: XZ8605L. • Appearance: Colorless to pale-yellow liquid. • Specific gravity: 0.85–0.95. • pH: 5–7. • Ionic type: Nonionic. • Dosing: Direct addition or dilution; optimize by site test.
1. The liquid disperses rapidly through the foaming wastewater. 2. It destabilizes the foam film and releases trapped gas. 3. Intermittent or continuous dosing suppresses repeated foam formation.
• Packaging: 25 kg drum or 1,000 kg IBC. • Storage: Store in a cool, dry and shaded place. Protect from freezing and direct sunlight. • Keep the container tightly closed after use.
• Customized formulation — The formulation and dose are selected according to leachate surfactants, COD, ammonia, temperature and downstream membrane requirements. This normally provides better treatment performance and overall cost efficiency than a one-formulation-for-all product. • In-house manufacturing — Competitive factory pricing, stable batch quality and fast lead times. • In-house laboratory — Rapid sample testing, formulation screening and continuous product improvement. • Engineering support — Professional engineers provide product selection, dosing, commissioning and after-sales troubleshooting support.
