GZXZEP Sediment Bioremediation Microbial Consortium is an immobilized microbial culture developed for in-situ treatment of organic-rich bottom sediment. Its carrier-supported microorganisms act at the sediment-water interface, accelerating organic-matter degradation and helping reduce sludge accumulation, black-odor conditions and sediment-related water deterioration.
It is widely used in urban black-odor water bodies, river and lake sediment, landscape ponds and organic-sludge accumulation zones.
• Combines soluble culture with a high-surface-area carrier.
• Places active microorganisms directly at the sediment-water interface.
• Supports long-term in-situ organic-matter degradation.
• Reduces the need for frequent re-dosing.
• Urban black-odor water bodies.
• River and lake sediment.
• Landscape ponds.
• Organic-sludge accumulation zones.
• Model: XZ8808.
• Form: Microbial powder plus immobilized carrier.
• Viable cell count: ≥5.0×10⁸ CFU/g.
• Reference dose: 100 g/m² monthly or quarterly, subject to site design.
• Application: Activate the culture and distribute carrier and inoculum evenly.
1. Microorganisms are immobilized on the porous carrier.
2. The carrier settles to the sediment surface and releases active organisms.
3. The organisms digest biodegradable sediment organics in situ.
• Packaging: 25 kg moisture-resistant bag.
• Storage: Store sealed in a cool, dry and shaded place. Protect from moisture, heat and direct sunlight.
• Reseal opened bags immediately to prevent moisture uptake and contamination.
• Customized formulation — The strain combination, activation method and dosage plan are selected according to pollutants, biological process, temperature and loading. This normally provides better treatment performance and overall cost efficiency than a one-formulation-for-all product.
• In-house manufacturing — Competitive factory pricing, stable batch quality and fast lead times.
• In-house laboratory — Rapid sample testing, formulation screening and continuous product improvement.
• Engineering support — Professional engineers provide product selection, dosing, commissioning and after-sales troubleshooting support.
