GZXZEP COD-Degrading Microbial Consortium is a concentrated bioaugmentation culture developed for high-COD and difficult-to-treat industrial wastewater. Its selected microorganisms biodegrade a broad range of organic pollutants, helping reduce COD loading and improve the stability of aerobic and combined biological treatment processes.
It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, printing and dyeing, textile, food-processing, slaughterhouse, brewing, paper, steel and electroplating wastewater treatment.

• High viable count for rapid bioaugmentation. • Targets refractory and slowly biodegradable organics. • Supports sludge settling and reduced bulking. • Can help reduce surfactant-related foam.
• Chemical and pharmaceutical wastewater. • Printing, dyeing and textile wastewater. • Food, slaughterhouse and brewing wastewater. • Paper, steel and electroplating wastewater.
• Model: XZ8811. • Form: Powder. • Viable cell count: ≥1.0×10¹⁰ CFU/g. • Dosing point: Anaerobic, aerobic or combined biological tank. • Dose: Set from wastewater load and process volume.
1. The added culture increases the density and diversity of active biomass. 2. Specialized organisms break down slowly degradable organics. 3. The strengthened community improves COD and BOD conversion.
• Packaging: 25 kg moisture-resistant bag. • Storage: Store sealed in a cool, dry and shaded place. Protect from moisture, heat and direct sunlight. • Reseal opened bags immediately to prevent moisture uptake and contamination.
• Customized formulation — The strain combination, activation method and dosage plan are selected according to pollutants, biological process, temperature and loading. This normally provides better treatment performance and overall cost efficiency than a one-formulation-for-all product. • In-house manufacturing — Competitive factory pricing, stable batch quality and fast lead times. • In-house laboratory — Rapid sample testing, formulation screening and continuous product improvement. • Engineering support — Professional engineers provide product selection, dosing, commissioning and after-sales troubleshooting support.
