GZXZEP Bioflocculant-Producing Microbial Consortium is a functional bioaugmentation culture developed to improve activated-sludge floc structure and settling. Its microorganisms produce extracellular polymeric substances that help bind fine particles and biomass into stronger flocs, supporting sludge retention and reducing biomass washout.
It is widely used in activated-sludge plants with poor settling, sludge-bulking control programs, aeration tanks with biomass loss and municipal or industrial biological treatment systems.

• High viable count for rapid bioaugmentation. • Produces extracellular polymers that support floc formation. • Helps improve sludge settling and retention. • Can reduce dependence on chemical polymer after optimization.
• Activated-sludge plants with poor settling. • Sludge-bulking control programs. • Aeration tanks with biomass washout. • Industrial and municipal biological treatment.
• Model: XZ8881. • Form: Powder. • Viable cell count: ≥1.0×10¹⁰ CFU/g. • Dosing point: Aeration or biological tank. • Performance indicator: Floc structure, SVI and effluent suspended solids.
1. The organisms produce extracellular polymeric substances. 2. These polymers help bind fine particles and biomass into stronger flocs. 3. Improved floc structure supports settling and biomass retention.
• Packaging: 25 kg moisture-resistant bag. • Storage: Store sealed in a cool, dry and shaded place. Protect from moisture, heat and direct sunlight. • Reseal opened bags immediately to prevent moisture uptake and contamination.
• Customized formulation — The strain combination, activation method and dosage plan are selected according to pollutants, biological process, temperature and loading. This normally provides better treatment performance and overall cost efficiency than a one-formulation-for-all product. • In-house manufacturing — Competitive factory pricing, stable batch quality and fast lead times. • In-house laboratory — Rapid sample testing, formulation screening and continuous product improvement. • Engineering support — Professional engineers provide product selection, dosing, commissioning and after-sales troubleshooting support.
