GZXZEP Ammoniacal-Nitrogen Removal Microbial Consortium is a functional microbial culture developed for high-ammonia wastewater treatment. Its selected microorganisms strengthen biological ammonia conversion and organic-matter degradation, helping accelerate system start-up and restore ammonia-nitrogen removal after loading or environmental shocks.
It is widely used in livestock, slaughterhouse, leather, coking, fertilizer and other high-ammonia industrial wastewater treatment systems.

• High viable count with supporting nutrients. • Designed for elevated ammonia loading. • Supports faster nitrification start-up and recovery. • Can improve low-temperature ammonia removal.
• Livestock and slaughterhouse wastewater. • Leather wastewater. • Coking wastewater. • Fertilizer and high-ammonia industrial wastewater.
• Model: XZ8861. • Form: Powder with nutrient components. • Viable cell count: ≥1.0×10¹⁰ CFU/g. • Dosing point: Aerobic nitrification stage. • Dose: Set according to ammonia load and reactor volume.
1. The culture increases the active ammonia-oxidizing population. 2. Ammonia is biologically oxidized through the nitrification pathway. 3. Control free ammonia, pH, oxygen, temperature and sludge age.
• Packaging: 25 kg moisture-resistant bag. • Storage: Store sealed in a cool, dry and shaded place. Protect from moisture, heat and direct sunlight. • Reseal opened bags immediately to prevent moisture uptake and contamination.
• Customized formulation — The strain combination, activation method and dosage plan are selected according to pollutants, biological process, temperature and loading. This normally provides better treatment performance and overall cost efficiency than a one-formulation-for-all product. • In-house manufacturing — Competitive factory pricing, stable batch quality and fast lead times. • In-house laboratory — Rapid sample testing, formulation screening and continuous product improvement. • Engineering support — Professional engineers provide product selection, dosing, commissioning and after-sales troubleshooting support.
