GZXZEP Hydrocarbon-Degrading Microbial Consortium is a specialized bioaugmentation culture developed for oily wastewater and petroleum-hydrocarbon contamination. Its hydrocarbon-degrading microorganisms use selected oil compounds as carbon sources, helping reduce residual oil, organic loading and inhibition of downstream biological treatment.
It is widely used in oilfield wastewater, refinery and petrochemical wastewater, steel-plant oily wastewater and other industrial biological treatment systems affected by hydrocarbons.

• High viable count for rapid recovery from oil inhibition. • Targets petroleum hydrocarbons and related COD. • Supports activated-sludge recovery. • Works with physical oil-removal pretreatment.
• Oilfield wastewater. • Refinery and petrochemical wastewater. • Steel-plant oily wastewater. • Oily industrial biological treatment.
• Model: XZ8851. • Form: Powder. • Viable cell count: ≥1.0×10¹⁰ CFU/g. • Dosing point: Aeration or biological tank. • Pretreatment: Oil separation or dissolved-air flotation recommended.
1. The culture uses biodegradable hydrocarbon fractions as a carbon source. 2. The added organisms strengthen oil-degrading biomass. 3. Oil-separation pretreatment prevents excessive free oil from inhibiting the system.
• Packaging: 25 kg moisture-resistant bag. • Storage: Store sealed in a cool, dry and shaded place. Protect from moisture, heat and direct sunlight. • Reseal opened bags immediately to prevent moisture uptake and contamination.
• Customized formulation — The strain combination, activation method and dosage plan are selected according to pollutants, biological process, temperature and loading. This normally provides better treatment performance and overall cost efficiency than a one-formulation-for-all product. • In-house manufacturing — Competitive factory pricing, stable batch quality and fast lead times. • In-house laboratory — Rapid sample testing, formulation screening and continuous product improvement. • Engineering support — Professional engineers provide product selection, dosing, commissioning and after-sales troubleshooting support.
