Product Introduction Key Advantages Application Industries Technical Specifications Working Principle Packaging & Storage Why Choose GZXZEP Chemicals?

GZXZEP Alkaline RO Membrane Antiscalant is a liquid antiscalant and dispersant developed for high-salinity reverse osmosis feedwater. Its formulation inhibits carbonate and sulfate crystal growth while dispersing fine organic and inorganic foulants, helping reduce membrane deposition and maintain stable RO performance.
It is widely used in high-salinity RO systems, industrial wastewater reuse, high-recovery membrane plants and feedwater with combined scaling and organic-fouling risk.

• Suitable for high-salinity feedwater. • Combines scale inhibition and dispersion. • Reference dosage of 3–8 mg/L. • Freezing point of approximately −3 °C.
• High-salinity RO systems. • Industrial wastewater reuse. • High-recovery membrane systems. • Feedwater with combined scaling and organic-fouling risk.
• Model: XZ9902. • Appearance: Colorless to pale-yellow transparent liquid. • pH: 10.0±1.0. • Specific gravity: 1.15±0.03 g/cm³. • Freezing point: Approximately −3 °C. • Reference dose: 3–8 mg/L.
1. The formulation interferes with mineral-crystal nucleation and growth. 2. Dispersing components keep fine foulants suspended. 3. Correct dosing reduces deposition on the membrane surface.
• Packaging: 25 kg drum or 1,000 kg IBC. • Storage: Store sealed at room temperature in a dry and shaded place, away from direct sunlight and incompatible chemicals. Protect from freezing below −3 °C. • Keep the container tightly closed after use.
• Customized formulation — The product and dose are selected from salinity, organic load, membrane type, recovery and scale-projection results. This normally provides better treatment performance and overall cost efficiency than a one-formulation-for-all product. • In-house manufacturing — Competitive factory pricing, stable batch quality and fast lead times. • In-house laboratory — Rapid sample testing, formulation screening and continuous product improvement. • Engineering support — Professional engineers provide product selection, dosing, commissioning and after-sales troubleshooting support.
