Product Introduction Key Advantages Application Industries Technical Specifications Working Principle Packaging & Storage Why Choose GZXZEP Chemicals?

GZXZEP Acidic RO Membrane Cleaner is a low-pH liquid cleaning chemical developed for RO, NF, UF and hollow-fiber membrane systems. Its acidic formulation dissolves or complexes calcium carbonate, metal hydroxides and other acid-soluble inorganic deposits, helping restore membrane flow and reduce differential pressure during controlled CIP cleaning.
It is widely used for reverse osmosis and nanofiltration cleaning, ultrafiltration and hollow-fiber membrane cleaning, carbonate-scale removal and metal-deposit removal.

• Targets acid-soluble mineral scale. • Low-foam formulation for circulation cleaning. • Liquid form shortens solution preparation time. • Can be paired with alkaline cleaning in a staged CIP program.
• RO and NF membrane cleaning. • UF and hollow-fiber membrane cleaning. • Calcium-carbonate scale removal. • Metal-hydroxide deposit removal.
• Model: XZ9905. • Appearance: Colorless transparent liquid. • Specific gravity: 1.10±0.05 g/cm³. • pH of 2% solution: 3.0±0.5. • Use: Prepare with RO permeate or demineralized water. • Cleaning limits: Follow the membrane manufacturer's pH, temperature and exposure limits.
1. The acidic solution dissolves or complexes acid-soluble mineral deposits. 2. Controlled circulation carries dissolved foulants away from the membrane surface. 3. The system is rinsed until the target endpoint is reached.
• Packaging: 25 kg drum or 1,000 kg IBC. • Storage: Store sealed at room temperature in a dry and shaded place, away from direct sunlight and incompatible chemicals. Keep away from alkalis and incompatible materials. • Keep the container tightly closed after use.
• Customized formulation — The cleaning sequence and concentration are selected from foulant analysis, membrane type and operating history. This normally provides better treatment performance and overall cost efficiency than a one-formulation-for-all product. • In-house manufacturing — Competitive factory pricing, stable batch quality and fast lead times. • In-house laboratory — Rapid sample testing, formulation screening and continuous product improvement. • Engineering support — Professional engineers provide product selection, dosing, commissioning and after-sales troubleshooting support.
