GZXZEP Non-Oxidizing RO Membrane Biocide is a liquid microbial-control chemical developed for compatible reverse osmosis membrane systems. Its non-oxidizing active chemistry controls planktonic bacteria and other microorganisms, helping prevent biofilm formation, reduce biological fouling and support stable membrane operation when used within membrane-manufacturer limits.
It is widely used in industrial RO systems, membrane pretreatment lines, recirculation systems with recurring microbial growth and preventive biofouling-control programs.

• Rapid non-oxidizing microbial control. • Active content ≥20.0%. • No formaldehyde, methanol or added heavy metals according to the product data. • Suitable for continuous, intermittent or shock programs after compatibility review.
• Industrial RO systems. • Membrane pretreatment lines. • Systems with recurring microbial growth. • Biofouling-prevention programs.
• Model: XZ9903. • Appearance: Pale-yellow liquid with mild odor. • pH: 3–5. • Specific gravity: 1.08±0.02 g/cm³. • Active content: ≥20.0%. • Water compatibility: Fully miscible.
1. The active chemistry contacts microorganisms in the feed or circulation system. 2. Cell function is disrupted and microbial growth is controlled. 3. Existing mature biofilm requires a separate membrane-cleaning program.
• Packaging: 25 kg drum or 1,000 kg IBC. • Storage: Store sealed at room temperature in a dry and shaded place, away from direct sunlight and incompatible chemicals. • Keep the container tightly closed after use.
• Customized formulation — The dosing program is selected according to microbial loading, membrane-manufacturer limits, contact time and discharge requirements. This normally provides better treatment performance and overall cost efficiency than a one-formulation-for-all product. • In-house manufacturing — Competitive factory pricing, stable batch quality and fast lead times. • In-house laboratory — Rapid sample testing, formulation screening and continuous product improvement. • Engineering support — Professional engineers provide product selection, dosing, commissioning and after-sales troubleshooting support.
