GZXZEP Nitrifying Microbial Consortium is a concentrated nitrifying culture developed for ammonia-nitrogen removal in biological wastewater treatment. Its functional nitrifying microorganisms promote the oxidation of ammonia to nitrite and nitrate, helping accelerate nitrification start-up and restore ammonia-removal performance after shock loading.
It is widely used in municipal wastewater plants, chemical and refinery wastewater, food-processing wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater and other aerobic nitrification systems.

• High viable count for rapid nitrification start-up. • Supports recovery after toxic shock or low temperature. • Improves ammonia-removal stability. • Suitable for targeted aerobic-tank dosing.
• Municipal wastewater plants. • Chemical and refinery wastewater. • Food-processing wastewater. • Printing and dyeing wastewater.
• Model: XZ8821. • Form: Powder. • Effective viable cell count: ≥1.0×10¹⁰ CFU/g. • Culture: Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter consortium. • Dosing point: Inlet of the aerobic nitrification stage.
1. Nitrosomonas oxidizes ammonia to nitrite. 2. Nitrobacter oxidizes nitrite to nitrate. 3. Adequate dissolved oxygen, alkalinity, pH and sludge age are required.
• Packaging: 25 kg moisture-resistant bag. • Storage: Store sealed in a cool, dry and shaded place. Protect from moisture, heat and direct sunlight. • Reseal opened bags immediately to prevent moisture uptake and contamination.
• Customized formulation — The strain combination, activation method and dosage plan are selected according to pollutants, biological process, temperature and loading. This normally provides better treatment performance and overall cost efficiency than a one-formulation-for-all product. • In-house manufacturing — Competitive factory pricing, stable batch quality and fast lead times. • In-house laboratory — Rapid sample testing, formulation screening and continuous product improvement. • Engineering support — Professional engineers provide product selection, dosing, commissioning and after-sales troubleshooting support.
