GZXZEP Denitrifying Microbial Consortium is a concentrated denitrifying culture developed for nitrate and total-nitrogen removal in anoxic wastewater treatment. Its functional microorganisms use available carbon as an electron donor to convert nitrate and nitrite into nitrogen gas, helping improve denitrification efficiency and stabilize total-nitrogen discharge.
It is widely used in refinery and chemical wastewater, paper and textile wastewater, printing and dyeing wastewater, municipal nitrogen-polishing systems and anoxic denitrification tanks.
• Improves denitrification start-up and recovery.
• Facultative organisms can also consume biodegradable organics.
• Can be paired with NBC+ carbon source when carbon is insufficient.
• Supports low-temperature denitrification.
• Refinery and chemical wastewater.
• Paper, textile and dyeing wastewater.
• Municipal total-nitrogen polishing.
• Anoxic denitrification tanks.
• Model: XZ8822.
• Form: Powder.
• Viable cell count: ≥3.0×10⁹ CFU/g.
• Dosing point: Anoxic tank or denitrification zone.
• Carbon source: Add when influent biodegradable carbon is insufficient.
1. The culture uses biodegradable carbon as an electron donor.
2. Nitrate and nitrite are reduced to nitrogen gas under anoxic conditions.
3. Performance depends on carbon availability, pH, temperature and anoxic retention time.
• Packaging: 25 kg moisture-resistant bag.
• Storage: Store sealed in a cool, dry and shaded place. Protect from moisture, heat and direct sunlight.
• Reseal opened bags immediately to prevent moisture uptake and contamination.
• Customized formulation — The strain combination, activation method and dosage plan are selected according to pollutants, biological process, temperature and loading. This normally provides better treatment performance and overall cost efficiency than a one-formulation-for-all product.
• In-house manufacturing — Competitive factory pricing, stable batch quality and fast lead times.
• In-house laboratory — Rapid sample testing, formulation screening and continuous product improvement.
• Engineering support — Professional engineers provide product selection, dosing, commissioning and after-sales troubleshooting support.
